How we answer

You'll always get a real person at CocoonVibe. Most of the time that's one of us, sitting at the same desk where we packed your order, reading your email with coffee.

We answer most messages within 48 hours on weekdays. Over weekends or during a sale, it might take a little longer — but we always get back to you.

If your question is about an existing order, please include your order number (it starts with #CV) so we can find you faster.

A few things to know first

• We don't have a phone line. We tried it once and it was either ringing off the hook or silent for days. Email and the form work better for the way we run the studio.
• We're not a huge team, so we can't always respond instantly during sales or new launches. We'll always get back to you — just not always in five minutes.
• We're happy to answer the same question twice. Really. There's no such thing as a stupid question when it comes to your own comfort.
