Where we ship

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If you can complete checkout in your local currency with a delivery address, we'll do our best to get it to you.

A few things to know:

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• Some regions restrict the import of intimate wellness products. If your order can't clear local customs, we'll work with you on a refund — see below.
• We are not responsible for orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please double-check at checkout.

Delivery estimates start from the moment your order is paid and confirmed, not from when you place the cart.

Order processing time

We're a small studio, and we pack every order by hand.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• During new launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing may take an extra day or two. We'll email you if there's a delay.
• Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link.

This processing time is on top of the delivery estimate above.

• Free shipping applies to the product subtotal, after discounts, before tax.
• Free shipping is available for Standard shipping once you cross $120. Express shipping is $30 regardless of order value.
• Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Click it to see where your package is at any moment.

If you don't see a tracking email within 4 business days, please check your spam folder, then email us at service@cocoonvibe.com with your order number (starts with #CV).

Discreet packaging, always

This matters to us, so we want to be specific about what you'll see:

• Outer box: plain brown corrugated cardboard, no CocoonVibe logo, no product imagery.
• Return address: listed as "CV Design Studio" or similar — nothing that hints at what's inside.
• Inside: your items in a simple inner wrap or pouch. No marketing inserts that mention the brand by name on the outside.
• Bank / card statement: the descriptor will say something like "CV Design Studio" or "CV*DSTUDIO" — never anything with words you'd have to explain.

Lost, delayed, or missing orders

• If tracking shows your order is stuck for more than 7 days beyond the estimated delivery window, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
• If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll either reship at no extra cost or refund you in full — your choice.
• If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs, duties & import restrictions

Orders shipping outside of our home country may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in our shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order is held by local customs and you decide to return it to us rather than pay duties, we can refund the product cost once the package is back at our studio. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in this situation.

Address changes & order cancellations

• Address change: if you need to update the shipping address, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once it's packed and labeled, we can't change it.
• Cancellation: you can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order as long as it hasn't shipped. After that, please follow our Refund Policy instead.
