How To Use

  1. Charge it first, then come back. Pin-type charging, one hour to full — that's an hour of use, plenty for a first try and then some.
  2. Slip it onto your finger. Two soft fin loops hold it in place — it should feel like nothing on your hand. That's the whole idea.
  3. Press the one button. Tap through the ten rhythms on your palm first. You're just meeting them — no rush.
  4. Start on the lowest rhythm. Anywhere external feels easiest — through a layer of clothing is completely fine.

How long until it arrives?

We pack within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). After that it's about 2 weeks with Standard and about 6 days with Express. Both are tracked — the link is emailed the moment it ships. Estimates start when your order is paid and confirmed, not when you place it.

 What if it isn't right for me?

Unopened items can be returned within 60 days in their original packaging. Return shipping is yours, and the refund lands 5–10 business days after it reaches us. For hygiene reasons we can't accept anything that's been opened — so if you're torn between two models, ask us before you buy.
